Hello, I'm Leslie. I'm a Nova Scotia transplant living in Vancouver. I'm 25 but could pass for 17. I'm a grad student and I study environmental toxicology. I generally post about and thoroughly enjoy: food and recipes, vegetarianism, DIY & crafting, urban gardens, bicylces (!), science, body positivity, trying new beers & wines, thick girls, smoking js & exploring new places, hiking, jewelry (buying, making & generally appreciating it), beaches, summer & tan lines.

I was bored in the lab today and I have always wanted to make one of those multiple self portraits.  I’m spending my Canada Day doing experiments and thesis work because my best friend Justin arrives on Wednesday and will be visiting for a week. I’m super stoked because not only will he be here but my roommates and I are having a party next weekend. The theme is beer olympics and everyone is required to wear ridiculous athletic wear. Should be a good time.  Happy Canada Day!
